So I recently started going back to the gym after a year of not going. They revamped their programs. Which is fine and all. They said the way they were doing it confused people and they didn’t know what to do most days.
Okay.
Well when I first started at the gym, the trainer that created my program said do different parts of the body on different days. Okay. Literally every thing I have ever learned about fitness has told me the same thing. You need to let those parts you worked on rest. Plus with as out of shape I am in I am sore after each workout.
Well…
Now my program is a full body workout every single time I go in. Upper body, core, and lower body all in one workout 4 days a week.
It is also far less of a workout than I was doing before. A lot of the things I was doing before aren’t even a part of the new workout.
It completely contradicts everything they had previously told me.
I need a less mind numbing cardio routine (or just any cardio routine honestly. Other than being told work up to 30 minutes I have no idea what I am doing cardio wise.) and more than two core workout moves. Not a complete change up of what I was already doing.
I need a core workout in general.
Part of me wants to just continue the workout I was already doing. But at the same time they are the trainers. They know this stuff better than me. But I also don’t was my full body to be sore all the time.

Went to the gym for the first time in a year. My arms feel like they are gonna fall off. Or rip themselves off and beat me Ugh.
100 days to make myself better!
I have created a goal. There are things in my life that I want to change. Things I want to do better. So I am challenging myself to get better at them in 100 days.
Not that I am changing everything in 100 days. But focus on working work at 1-5 things for 100 days. Then I can move on to something else.
First I am going to work on making up a list of things I want to do or do better at. Then on August 1st I will pick a handful of things to work on and I will document it all here.
Anyone want to try this with me?
So if you wanted to create a themed restaurant or game based on something that already exists ( lie harry potter or pokemon) how would you go about getting permission to use that. Would you need permission? What are the laws and stuff about that?

Big Effing Reminder: If you’re adopting a healthier lifestyle, please don’t get discouraged after a damn week. You need to be patient and remember this is a slow, steady process and your body needs time to adjust. This shit doesn’t happen overnight or in a week. Chill.
